Where the Journey Began
I grew up in a small country town near the Murray River, where life revolved around honest work and steady routines. Even then, I felt a persistent nudge toward something beyond the familiar. As I stepped into my early professional years, that restlessness would drive me to explore how a more mindful, human-centric approach to success could exist alongside traditional markers of progress.

From Doorsteps to Deals
My first big break came in door-to-door sales, which sharpened my communication skills and revealed the power of personal connection. I then pivoted to real estate—a fast-paced environment that rewarded ambition and negotiation prowess. Despite outward achievements, late-night reflections brought a growing sense that genuine fulfillment meant more than closing deals. This inner tension nudged me to commit to contemplative practices like meditation, yoga and mindfulness, even as I climbed the corporate ladder.

A Catalyst for Change
The grim reality of working under self-proclaimed “compassionate” leaders who proved dishonest and indifferent to their teams crystallised my conviction that profit and empathy need not be opposites. Determined to forge a better path, I stepped away from those disheartening environments and immersed myself in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Lean start-up practices, whilst deepening my commitment and practice in mindfulness training. Convinced that genuine care and strong results could coexist, I launched my first property-focused company, guided by a human-centred approach and business agility, that venture thrived, and I eventually sold it to pursue my purpose in enterprise coaching full-time.

Awakening Purpose in Enterprise
Collaborating with mission-driven startups, ambitious scale-ups, nonprofits dedicated to community uplift, and large-scale multinational corporations has shown me just how powerful well-executed Agile transformations can be. Over the years, I’ve led entire organisations in pivoting from static, hierarchical structures to adaptive, iterative organisations that spark innovation and continuous learning. By weaving data-driven insights, strategic planning, and mindfulness-based leadership together, I’ve helped teams transcend transactional mindsets and embrace a shared sense of purpose. My experiences mentoring entrepreneurs and launching my own ventures—from a property-focused business to a thriving yoga studio—reinforce a guiding truth: when leaders blend empathy, agility, and strategic clarity, entire organisations and communities thrive.
